Delegate Visit from James Cook University, Australia: Engaging with RASAP
On 30th January 2025, the RASAP community had the privilege of hosting a delegate interaction from James Cook University (JCU), Australia, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen international academic exposure for students. The visit featured an engaging session with undergraduate students of Psychology and Social Work, focusing on academic life in Australia and the diverse course offerings available at JCU.
The JCU representatives provided valuable insights into studying and living in Australia, highlighting the university’s academic structure, student support services, campus environment, and career-oriented learning approach. Students gained a clear understanding of psychology and social work programs at JCU, including curriculum highlights, practical exposure, and global career pathways associated with these disciplines.
In addition to the student interaction, the delegation held a focused discussion with Team RASAP, exploring avenues for academic collaboration, student mobility, and future engagement initiatives. The discussion reflected a shared commitment to guiding students toward informed international education choices and strengthening institutional partnerships.
The visit proved to be a meaningful platform for knowledge exchange, reinforcing RASAP’s mission to connect students with globally reputed universities and empower them with firsthand perspectives on international education opportunities.
