  1. The College collects personal data including, but not limited to, name, date of birth, contact details, academic records, identification documents, passport details, financial information, and other information necessary for programme administration.
  2. Personal data may be collected directly from the student or parent/guardian and through official institutional records and application documents.
  3. The collected data shall be used for academic administration, eligibility verification, programme coordination, fee processing, visa advisory support, communication, regulatory compliance, and coordination with partner institutions.
  4. Personal data may be shared with partner universities, foreign institutions, accreditation bodies, government authorities, visa agencies, financial institutions, and other regulatory entities where necessary for academic, administrative, or legal purposes.
  5. The College does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit student data. Data sharing shall be limited to legitimate institutional and statutory requirements.
  6. The student is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. The College shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

  1. The College shall implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
  2. Personal data shall be retained for such duration as required for academic, regulatory, financial, or legal purposes, including after completion or withdrawal from the programme where necessary.
  3. The College may disclose personal data where required by law, court order, statutory authority, or regulatory mandate.
  4. The College may use official photographs, academic achievements, and programme participation details for institutional records, accreditation documentation, and official publications, unless the student submits a written objection.
  5. While reasonable data security measures shall be maintained, the College shall not be liable for data breaches arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including cyber incidents or force majeure events.
  6. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
