The collected data shall be used for academic administration, eligibility verification, programme coordination, fee processing, visa advisory support, communication, regulatory compliance, and coordination with partner institutions.
Personal data may be shared with partner universities, foreign institutions, accreditation bodies, government authorities, visa agencies, financial institutions, and other regulatory entities where necessary for academic, administrative, or legal purposes.
The College does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit student data. Data sharing shall be limited to legitimate institutional and statutory requirements.
The student is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. The College shall not be liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
