1.1 The student acknowledges that they have been duly informed of the academic, attendance, conduct, and progression requirements applicable under RASAP.
1.2 Progression to the partner institution is strictly subject to fulfillment of all prescribed academic standards, institutional regulations, and eligibility criteria.
1.3 The College does not guarantee progression, admission, or placement at the partner institution unless all requirements are satisfied and formal approval is granted by the partner institution.
2.1 The student shall maintain the required attendance as per institutional regulations.
2.2 The student shall complete and submit all assignments, projects, examinations, and other academic requirements within stipulated timelines.
2.3 The student shall maintain satisfactory academic performance and comply with all academic and disciplinary regulations of the College.
2.4 Failure to meet academic or conduct standards may result in disqualification from progression under RASAP without financial liability on the part of the College.
3.1 The student shall pay the prescribed RASAP fees and all other applicable institutional dues strictly in accordance with the notified instalment schedule.
3.2 All fees paid under RASAP are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the College.
3.3 Delay, partial payment, or default in payment shall entitle the College to initiate appropriate administrative action, including suspension of programme benefits
4.1 In the event of voluntary withdrawal by the student from RASAP at any stage during the three-year undergraduate programme, for any reason whatsoever:
No refund, concession, or waiver of RASAP fees shall be granted under any circumstances.
The student shall remain liable to pay the entire RASAP fee in full.
An additional withdrawal charge equivalent to 50% of the total RASAP fee shall be payable.
4.2 The College reserves the right to withhold academic results, transcripts, certificates, and any other academic records until all outstanding dues, including withdrawal charges, are fully settled.
4.3 The College further reserves the right to terminate participation in RASAP for academic deficiency, misconduct, violation of institutional rules, or non-compliance with financial obligations. Such termination shall not entitle the student to any refund.
5.1 The procurement of a student visa and compliance with immigration laws of the destination country are solely the responsibility of the student.
5.2 The College or its International Office may provide advisory assistance; however, the College shall not be liable for visa denial, delay, rejection, cancellation, or any consequential loss arising therefrom.
5.3 The College shall not be responsible for changes in immigration policies, international regulations, geopolitical circumstances, or decisions made by foreign authorities or partner institutions.
6.1 The College shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss arising out of participation in or inability to progress under RASAP.
6.2 Admission to the partner institution remains subject to the independent rules, policies, and discretion of the partner institution.
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon the student from the date of enrollment in RASAP.
7.2 The student confirms that enrollment is voluntary and made with full understanding of the academic, financial, and legal implications stated herein.
